We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Stock Administrator to manage and oversee the company’s inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, conducting stock audits, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. The Inventory & Stock Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations, and supporting efficient supply chain management. Additionally, this role will include coordinating the company’s recycling initiatives, ensuring the efficient and responsible disposal or repurposing of materials and products.
As the Inventory & Stock Administrator you will be based within the Customer Service department, and stepping in and supporting the team when they are busy will be part of this role.
The duties of the Inventory & Stock Administrator will include:
- Managing and overseeing the company’s inventory
- Responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels
- Monitoring inventory movements
- Conducting stock audits
- Ensuring the accuracy of inventory records
- Ensuring smooth operations, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations
- Supporting efficient supply chain management
- Coordinating the company’s recycling initiatives, ensuring the efficient and responsible disposal or repurposing of materials and products
- Liaising with suppliers regarding the onsite vending machine stock and orders
- Inputting orders into the system
- Attending site visits
- Working closely with the Sales Executives daily regarding stock and orders
We are looking for an Inventory & Stock Administrator with:
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges proactively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
