Responsibilities for an Agricultural Service Manager
- Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers specializing in agricultural machinery.
- Oversee and streamline call-out procedures to deliver exceptional customer service
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient parts procurement and timely job completion.
- Manage all aspects of the service team and workshop
- Develop and maintain relationships
Requirements for an Agricultural Service Manager
- Ideally have Agricultural experience (or at least have relevant industry knowledge)
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience looking after engineers.
- A can do attitude
