Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality input into new bids and conduct thorough contract reviews.
- Generate and implement Quality plans to meet customer requirements.
- Drive product and process non-conformance investigations, including root cause analysis and concession management.
- Manage and host customer audits and source inspection activities.
- Oversee the management of quality escapes and customer investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct required First Article Inspections (AS9102) and facilitate the smooth transition of new products into production.
- Manage NCR and FRACA processes, including MRB ownership and facilitation.
- Generate and track quality metrics to meet set targets and determine quality improvement initiatives.
- Support inspection processes and ensure adherence to proper documentation for product sign-off prior to dispatch.
Job Requirements:
- Proven background in Quality Assurance and thorough understanding of quality tools and techniques.
- Experience with QMS implementation and auditing to recognised aerospace standards.
- Proven ability to understand and flow down customer quality requirements, ensuring delivery of conforming products.
- Excellent root cause analysis and corrective action skills.
- Core competency in one or more of the following specialties: software, mechanical, electrical, metrology, systems, composites.
- Competencies as per the competency matrix relevant to the job level.

Qualifications:
- HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Good working knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100, AS9110, Part 21 (G), Part 145, DAOS.
- Familiarity with AS9145, APQP, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, MSA, and Control Plan.
- Experience in implementing structured problem-solving and root cause corrective action techniques (e.g., 8D, RCCA, 5-Why).
- Experience with proactive and preventive quality techniques.
