Job Role: Quality Engineer
Location: Wimborne
Shift: Monday - Thursday 07:15 - 16:15 / Friday 07:15 - 12:15
Pay Rate / Salary: 38k - 40k
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collect, compile, and sort client specific data
- Analyse and gain insight on delivered products, potential quality issues, customer satisfaction
- Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback based on KPI follow-up & analysis
- Deliver customer support in terms of analysis, short term containment actions in case of quality issues
- Ensure customer assistance and higher customer satisfaction
- Provide specifically all facts and data about claims to the plant, and guarantee a good relationship with the customer
- Monitor and follow-up QSHE procedures and guidelines in area of responsibility
- Create and enforce desired QSHE attitude
The Candidate:
- Ability to read engineering drawings, Bill of materials, quality documents/plans,
- excellent written communication abilities, strong problem-solving capabilities, and solid attention to detail.
- Ability to understand product drawings, specifications, and visual work instructions.
- Follow Company Quality Management System and Safety procedures.
- Experience / knowledge of Heat Treatment
- Experience of AS9100D
