Job role: CNC Miller Programmer

Location: BH21

Shifts: Days, 40hrs per week: Mon to Thurs: 07:15am - 16:15pm, Fri 07:15am - 12:15pm

Salary: 17 - 19.50 per hour

The Company:

A manufacturer operating in precision engineered parts for multiple industries including defence, aerospace and commercial.

The CNC Miller Programmer position:

Due to recent contract expansion, the company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller programmer.

They will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) Milling machines to produce precision components.

This role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings to produce accurate and high-quality machined parts.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 4 years' experience in CNC Milling (essential).
  • 4 Axis CNC would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in CNC programming and operation; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Additional technical training in CNC machining is preferred.
  • Bridgeport VMC Heidenhain controls.
  • CMM experience would be advantageous.
