This role will be to supportwithincommercial performance of all projects within the educational sector ofthe business. You will be asked to provide commercial support to the project mangers & surveyors and allow management of projects and commercial risk, ensuring that financial performance is in check.
You will report directly into a commercial director and will work alongside the project teams and pre construction team. On occasion you will be client facing.
Roles and responsibilities that of a senior quantity surveyor.
Ideally the individual will have experience in both JCT and NEC contracts and be able to lead on projects up to around 10million as well as the above being covered. Membership of RICS, CIOB or ICE is desirable.
The company are a regional contractor with a surplus of work an hour from their office, they work within the modular, educational and residential sector on projects up to 10million
