*Teaching Assistant - Wimborne*

Prospero Teaching are working with an SEN School based in the Wimborne area that are recruiting Teaching Assistants to help care and provide academic support on Adhoc/Bank basis.

The School, graded as Good by Ofsted, offer Education to pupils aged 4-19 with SEN Needs including: Autism & Complex Needs.


Your role will include providing support for pupils, teachers and the school. You will help pupils within their academic learning within a caring and safe environment.

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Position: SEN Support / 1:1
Shifts: Mon-Thurs (08.30am-15.30pm)
Pay: From GBP85.09 per day

Requirements:
GCSEs: Maths & English, NVQ (desired) Degree (advantageous)
Experience working with pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Strong understanding of child development, behaviour management

Eligibility:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
