Sheridan Maine are partnering with a successful group to recruit for a Management Accountant to join their team.  This role combines project work with monthly management accounting and analysis, offering the chance to work closely with the Finance Director in a supportive and rewarding environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Producing monthly sales and cash flow reports.
  • Delivering productivity and KPI analysis reports.
  • Liaising with auditors for annual audits.
  • Supporting ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and process improvement projects.
  • Identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified or part-qualified - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong IT and Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data and present financial reports clearly.
  • Experience gained from the manufacturing sector would be beneficial
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential system and process improvements.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
