Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Wimborne and do require travel to their offices but also offer a hybrid model of working.
Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Process and verify incoming invoices for entry into the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Track and manage outstanding customer invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and process employee expense claims in compliance with company policies.
- Accurately input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports by providing necessary data.
- Prepare and process payments via cheque, bank transfer, or other methods.
Profile
To be successful for the Accounts Assistant position you must have done some or all of the above responsibilities.
