College Administrator & Pupil Support Assistant

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced and efficient administrators to join their newly opened College facility. The successful candidates will support the Assistant Head (College) and her team with the smooth running of the College in addition to offering support in all aspects of pupil wellbeing for their sixth form students.

The College office is operational during term time Monday to Friday between 0800hrs and 1830hrs plus Saturday mornings from 0800hrs to 1400hrs. There is also a requirement to work some additional hours during the School holidays. It is anticipated that the hours of work will be shared between two administrators and applicants are therefore asked to detail preferred working hours when submitted their application.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Applicants should be friendly and approachable and have strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required as is a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and tactful under pressure.
