Location: East Dorset
Salary: £25K-£30K plus commission
Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Fri, office based

Aspire Jobs are working with our well established, growing telecoms and IT solutions client who are now looking to recruit a professional, articulate and highly driven Sales Executive to join their growing team. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Requirements of the Sales Executive:
- Background within telesales, call centre, cold calling or new business development or similar Sales Executive role
- Excellent communication skills, tenacious and hungry to succeed, results driven
- Confident making outbound calls, cold calling and seeking out new business opportunities
- Ability to develop rapport with customers quickly
- Good negotiating skills
- Passion or interest in IT/Telecoms industry
- Willingness to develop into a more progressive sales role
- Proficient in MS Office applications and hands-on experience with CRM systems
