My Client are looking for a CNC Turner / Setter / programmer specialising in Fanuc controls to join their team. This role is perfect for a meticulous machinist who thrives in both independent and team settings. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and includes dayshift hours.
Day-to-day of the role:- Operate and set up CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, specifically twin spindle machines.
- Inspect your own work to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Work independently for extended periods while also collaborating within a small team.
- Prove and edit programs to meet precise specifications, with experience on Nakamura WT150 being highly advantageous.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficient operations.
- Extensive experience in machining, with at least 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in setting tools and proving/editing programs on Fanuc twin spindle lathes.
- Experience with Nakamura WT150 is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
