Role Overview:

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the growth of their aircraft systems platform.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex aerospace sub-systems across development, production, and aftermarket stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of aerospace projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for major customers.
  • Lead risk management for production delivery in a 6-24 month window.
  • Support capacity planning and resolve escalated issues through strategic project management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Develop and maintain costed, resource-loaded schedules for all assigned projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance processes, including lifecycle gate reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in project management, particularly within aerospace or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with cross-functional teams.
