Talent Guardian is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Finance Broker with Commercial and Buy to Let Mortgage experience for a client in the Ferndown area. The role involves originating new clients, generating business enquiries, understanding funding requirements, and presenting tailored funding proposals. The successful candidate will assist clients in finding suitable funding solutions, establishing client-lender relationships, and managing the application process to completion. What’s in it for you?

Key Responsibilities: Client Origination and Development:Source new clients for Commercial and Buy to Let mortgage opportunitiesGenerate business enquiries and present the client’s finance services as an industry expert.Build and maintain commercial introducer networks. Relationship Management:Handle inbound and outbound calls to develop opportunities and secure client instructions.Manage client and introducer relationships, setting and exceeding expectations. Funding Proposals and Transactions:Understand client requirements and present proposals to lenders.Support clients with account management and borrowing needs, ensuring efficient transaction completion. Compliance and Record Keeping:Ensure compliance with mandatory policies and maintain accurate records.Update CRM databases and complete necessary training. Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven business development experience in the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in Property Portfolio and Development Finance.
  • Relevant finance/banking industry qualifications CeMAP
