SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Wimborne, BH21
Salary: OTE: £27.5k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An opportunity has arisen for an individual with exceptional sales & lettings skills; someone who is looking to further their career in Estate Agency!Â
Our client is based in Wimborne and are a company with both a thriving sales and lettings department and an excellent reputation locally for being pro-active and highly energetic.
As a result of expansion, they are looking for an experienced Sales &Lettings Negotiator to help in the ongoing development of their estate agency business.
The ideal candidate will be smart, well-presented, enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an excellent record within the property industry and show that they have considerable expertise at negotiating sales and lettings transactions.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in residential sales and / or lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.
Highly competitive remuneration package (negotiable) for the right person.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Property sales and / or lettings experience
- High level of customer care
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Well-presented and articulate
- Ambitious and Self-Motivated
- Local knowledge of the Wimborne area preferred
- Full UK driving License and Car owner
