Pensions Team Manager - Hybrid/Wimborne - £36,000What you'll be doing:As the Pensions Administration Team Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coaching and developing team members, fostering clear communication, and optimising processes for efficiency.What we're looking for:
- Clear comprehension of the financial services industry and the regulatory standards pertaining to SIPP operators and trustees.
- Proficient understanding of all SIPP functions, financial instruments, and the requisite systems and controls for effective and precise investment administration.
- Well- versed in investment options within self-invested personal pensions.
Hours & Benefits:
- Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
