My client are seeking several dynamic Project Engineers to join their Actuation Team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Project engineers to lead technical projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and shape the future of aerospace technology.

For these Project Engineer vacancies, my client is also accepting applications for Lead Project Engineers / Senior Project engineers.

What You?ll Do:
  • Lead Projects: Take ownership of small to medium-scale projects or critical sections of larger initiatives, including proposals, new product introductions, and in-service product upgrades.
  • Plan & Coordinate: Develop detailed engineering plans, manage technical tasks, and engage cross-functional teams such as airworthiness and safety to achieve project milestones.
  • Collaborate with Customers: Act as the technical interface, ensuring customer requirements are met and effectively translated into internal deliverables.
  • Ensure Excellence: Contribute across all system lifecycle stages, including requirements, design, development, integration, verification, and qualification.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities while ensuring system integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support Team Growth: Mentor junior staff and apprentices, manage engineering changes, and collaborate with leadership to ensure adequate project resources.
What You?ll Bring:
  • Qualifications: Degree in engineering or equivalent experience (HNC/apprenticeship considered).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in mechanical, electromechanical, fluid, mechanisms, structures, or systems product development.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in engineering lifecycles, technical documentation, and presenting technical content.
