A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings Manager to join this established, well respected independently run estate agency brand in their Wimborne branch.

This is an opportunity to be a key player within a multi branch agency offering comprehensive Sales, Lettings and Property Management services across the Dorset area.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Lettings Manager with valuation and property management experience behind them.

As a srong and confident Lettings Manager, you are used to working autonomously and dealing with all aspects of the lettings process. A good knowledge of current lettings legislation/ regulations is essential. A primary objective will be to develop and increase market share within the Wimborne area through strong relationship building and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The ability to provide accurate market appraisal advice and turn enquiries into actual business are pre-requisites of this role
  • Demonstrable winner of new business and instructions
  • To assist in driving the business forward
  • To support, coach and advise the lettings team to meet and exceed all targets as required.
  • Building relationships and communicating with potential customers, landlord’s, tenants and contractors
  • Be aware of competitor performance and activity
  • The ability to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised and focused
  • Management of a portfolio of residential properties
  • Liaise with the Finance and Property Manager, reporting to the Directors on market conditions and any issues that arise

Skill set requirements:

  • At least two years experience within a Property Management role
  • ARLA level 3 in Residential lettings & Property Management preferred
  • Outstanding organisational & communication skills
  • Professional at all times
  • Success Driven
  • Leads from the front & sets an example to the rest of the team

A financial package of £30,000 basic is available with an OTE £37,500. Monday to Friday working with Saturday morning on rota will also be required.

Please note that to perform the position you will require your own car and a full UK driving licence.
