Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to promote their growth.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare are maintained at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
  • Previous experience working with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Experience managing challenging behaviours and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
