The ideal candidate will have a solid background in embroidery, with experience in running embroidery machines and working with embroidery software such as Wilcom. This role requires strong organisational skills, as the company works to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills are also essential for working closely with both the team and customers to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality workwear and merchandise
  • Upload customer logos and designs into the embroidery program (Wilcom)
  • Monitor and manage stock levels (e.g. threads, fabrics)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve embroidery machine issues
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and meet customer deadlines
  • Communicate clearly with the team and customers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain an organised and efficient workspace
