Production Operative, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, £12.00 per hour, Wincanton, Temp to Perm
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Operative to join our rapidly growing business in Wincanton. As part of a small team within a family-run company, you will play a crucial role in our growth story as a passionate, quality-driven, and environmentally-friendly food manufacturer.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative with a proven track record in manufacturing, preferably within the food industry. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt. While not required, possessing a Food Hygiene qualification, HACCP training, or an FLT licence will be advantageous.
