The goal is to continue to grow whilst focusing on sustainability.In this varied role, you will start by gaining an understanding of the site and its processes to identify any gaps. From there, you will develop and implement new processes to ensure the safest practices in the factory, creating and maintaining HSE plans, policies, procedures, and records. As an advisor, you will collaborate closely with employees by offering expert guidance and leveraging regional contacts to lead people development initiatives, all while ensuring a strong focus on industry standards. This is a Mon-Fri, 9.00-17.00 site based role.
