Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 PA DOELocation: Wincanton (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch (2 days per week working from home)

The Role

We are seeking a talented MEP Revit Technician to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to produce BIM Models and CAD drawings for various exciting projects. You will be part of an established team of expert engineers and technicians, working closely with colleagues from various disciplines to develop coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit software. Additionally, you will utilise AutoCAD software to support the design processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce BIM Models and CAD drawings for all design stages.
  • Collaborate with engineers and AutoCAD specialists to ensure coordinated and efficient designs.
  • Utilise Revit and AutoCAD software to support the design and development of projects.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Accredited with a relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent).
  • Strong practical experience using Revit in an MEP/building-based role.
  • Experience working on BIM level 2 projects.
  • Proficient in planning and organising workload.
  • Effective communication skills with engineering and AutoCAD specialists.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.
