HSE Lead - Health, Safety and Environmental lead /聽Health and Safety Coordinator聽Wincanton Up to 拢40,000 pa聽 We are currently seeking a HSE Lead -聽Health, Safety and Environmental lead聽for a manufacturing site based in Wincanton. 聽The role is instrumental role in pushing the safety culture and elevating the betterment of practices. The Health and Safety lead will be part of the Site Leadership Team 聽 HSE Lead -聽Health, Safety and Environmental lead聽Roles & Responsibilities:路Develop and implement the site HSE plan with a focus on culture 路Utilising regional contacts, lead on people development with a clear focus on industry standards 路Provide advice and guidance to the business at all levels 路Taking ownership for developing, implementing and maintaining critical plans, policies and procedures 路Managing HSE records 路Responsible for writing detailed risk assessments and maintaining the risk assessment library accordingly 路Support the HR Department with information in relation to occupational health referrals 路Manage the incident, accident and near miss reporting system and following up actions in a timely manner either directly or through delegation 聽 HSE Lead -聽Health, Safety and Environmental lead聽Skills and qualifications:路NEBOSH is essential for this role 路Previous environmental experience is desirable 路Food industry experience is desirable 路Experience of LEAN manufacturing is desirable 路Ability to influence decision makers 路Strong written and verbal communication skills 路Resolution focussed outlook to problem solving 路Able to teach and coach in an understanding manner 路Highly organised approach to working 聽 聽 HSE Lead -聽Health, Safety and Environmental lead聽Salary路c拢40,000.00 per annum 路Shifts - 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm 路Benefits 路Leave 29 days inc BHs. +1 day at 3 years, +1 day at 5 years 路Pension EE5%, ER3% 路Birthday gifts 路Bike to Work Scheme 路Access to MediCash 聽 Key words - Health and Safety Manager, Heath and Safety Coordinator, HSE Lead, H&S 聽 聽
