Are you a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor with a background in manufacturing or similar looking to join a food manufacturing company that supplies into some of the most well-known supermarkets in the world and offers progression and a variety of company benefits including free healthcare and the opportunity to buy and sell holiday?

On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a well-established, global food manufacturing company that is growing exponentially year on year, this company specialises in high-quality, nourishing food ingredients such as sauces, seasonings, and various blends and supplies into some of the most well-known supermarkets in the world.

In this varied role, you will start by gaining an understanding of the site and its processes to identify any gaps. From there, you will develop and implement new processes to ensure the safest practices in the factory, creating and maintaining HSE plans, policies, procedures, and records. As an advisor, you will collaborate closely with employees by offering expert guidance and leveraging regional contacts to lead people development initiatives, all while ensuring a strong focus on industry standards. This is a Mon-Fri, 9.00-17.00 site based role.
