Site Engineer Salary 拢up to 46K DOE 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Henstridge- Near Wincanton & Yeovil Monday to Friday 07.30-16.30 聽 My Client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in Henstridge 聽near Wincanton is looking to recruit a 'hands on' Site Engineer 聽 The successful Site Engineer will report into the Operations Director & be closely aligned with the Production Manager. 聽The Site Engineer will action & control the entire engineering requirements of the business. 聽This will include direct hands-on intervention with all plant, equipment & utilities. 聽Also, engagement & supervision of contractors & suppliers. 聽The role will help to deliver low-cost production, maximise capacity, maximise yield, minimise downtime, extend the life of plant & equipment, minimise expenditure on maintenance & repair issues. 聽The position is full-time factory based 聽 聽 The successful person MUST: 路Have previous Engineering experience gained in a manufacturing environment, 路Strong mechanical knowledge 路Strong relationship skills and ability to communicate engineering issues with people at all levels. 路Be Hands On working with a small team and happy with the management of subcontractors - Most of the engineering work will be carried out by yourself or regular subcontractors 路Enjoy working on multiple projects at any one time 路Thorough understanding of Health and Safety 聽 This role will suit an enthusiastic individual with a strong mechanical engineering background.聽 聽 This role is commutable from Wincanton, Shepton Mallet, Yeovil, Shaftesbury, Frome, Bruton, Mere, Warminster, Westbury 聽 This role will suit a candidate that may previously have worked as an 聽Engineering 聽Supervisor, Engineering Coordinator, Maintenance manager, Mechanical engineer, Mechanical supervisor, Quarry engineer, Agricultural technician, Agricultural engineer, Engineering Team leader 聽 聽
