CMA Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an Interim Financial Controller for a period of up to 6 months. You will report directly to the Director and will support through a period of transition.What will the Interim Financial Controller role involve?
- Oversee and coach a small finance team through the period of change;
- Review large volumes of data in order to apply correct revenue recognition;
- Review monthly reporting processes and suggest/implement improvements.;
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Director vacancy:
- Candidates will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified and have worked within an SME business covering a well-rounded finance role. Experience in a complex revenue recognition environment is highly desirable.
- Prior team management experience is highly desirable as this role will mentor and support the finance team.
- Strong communication skills to partner with a range of stakeholders across the business.

- Hybrid working with 3 office days and 2 WFH.
- Possibility of the role becoming permanent in the longer term
