- Taking full ownership of the finance function, ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations
- Preparing detailed reports for the board, providing critical insights
- Business partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic financial advice
- Developing ad hoc analysis to support the business
- Managing the monthly payroll process from start to finish
- Producing comprehensive management account packs
- Preparing year-end accounts
- To be qualified or part-qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as: Management Accountant / Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Group Finance Manager / Group Financial Controller / Assistant Finance Manager / Assistant Financial Controller / Finance Operations Manager
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Confidence to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
