Management Accountant

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role offers real scope to take ownership, drive process improvements, and support a range of diverse entities within the group.What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Take ownership of key financial processes for group entities, including reporting and reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
• Assist with the production of monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements.
• Oversee fixed asset management, intercompany processes, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and liaising with external auditors.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified with proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel.
• Proactive and process-driven, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a focus on delivering results.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
