This central Winchester based organisation is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The position requires a well organised, personable individual who will ideally have some experience of working within a busy office environment. The successful candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and deliver work to the highest standard.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Once trained and competent within the role, the option to work on a hybrid basis is available with 2 days required per week in the office.

Duties:

  • Monitoring the teams work received (via post, email, website and phone calls) and creating the required cases on the administration workflow system.
  • Allocating work to the team and working alongside the team leader, and others, to provide regular updates on the current state of all work in progress and outstanding work.
  • Support with bulk print and mailout exercises, take responsibility for the planning and organisation as well as the reconciliation with all exercises.
  • Assisting the Administration team in the production or amendment of written or visual material (such as letters, trustee meeting packs, reports, memos and presentations)
  • Updating of records on the Administration system and Member Portal. Creating correspondence with agreed member updates such as change of address, surnames, title, forenames, date of birth in line with service level agreements.
  • Administration and ownership of ad hoc tasks such as certificate returns, member Identification forms, banking and producing member website registration codes in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Answering telephones, creating cases or taking messages and passing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Perform security checks and request or check information by telephone in connection with an individual case.
  • Processing of any unidentified post, returned post and reporting appropriately in accordance with GDPR.
