Business Support Coordinator - Winchester - £28k-£28.5k (DOE)

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? We're partnering with a well-established Wealth Management firm in the heart of Winchester to find an exceptional Business Support Coordinator to join their welcoming and professional team.

This is a pivotal role within the team. You will be the glue that holds the team together, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding client service. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diary & Meeting Management - Organising schedules and appointments for IFAs
  • Client Case Preparation - Ensuring files are ready for Advisor presentations
  • Database & Records Management - Keeping everything up-to-date and accurate
  • Client Communications - Updating clients on progress and policy valuations
  • Reception & Front Desk Duties - Welcoming and hosting clients with professionalism
  • Call & Mail Handling - Managing incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence
  • Office & Facility Management - Keeping things running smoothly, from supplies to supplier coordination

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy. Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
  • A calm problem-solver who can adapt and find solutions
  • Professional communication skills and a client-focused mindset

The Details

  • Full-time, office-based role (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)
  • Central Winchester location (please note there is no parking)
