Housing Support Administrator (Temp) Winchester £11.50 PH

We are looking for an experienced temporary Administrator to support this busy housing team in central Winchester. This an ongoing temporary role that will start as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a busy team managing contacts and administering vital support functions to the team.

The Role

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, processing their enquiries through a range of channels including telephone, email, portal and face to face.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Housing Operations Service
  • Sending standard correspondence
  • Processing tenancy changes, exchanges and self-service portal enquiries
  • Raising work orders and purchase orders.

The Person

  • Experienced Administrator with excellent Customer service skills
  • You'll be self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be a strong communicator

This is a fantastic opportunity that is likely to last until the end of December 2024. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm and an early finish on Friday of 4.30pm. This is a temporary office-based role that requires the right candidate to be available immediately. Although there isn't parking on site you can use the local park and ride service for free.
