OverviewOur Client has an opportunity to appoint a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join their successful and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong customer service abilities and excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and the internal team. There will also be the chance to go out and see clients and to support the Business Development Manager .
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the account management process, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client objectives are met efficiently.
- Apply strategic thinking to maximise sales strategies
- Analyse client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with Preparation of proposals for clients, showcasing the value of the business service delivery
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
