I am looking for a talented Architectural Technician with excellent technical abilities to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Hampshire. With a strong focus on sustainability, they work on diverse projects across the residential and commercial sectors. There is an array of exciting projects on the horizon, so it's the perfect time to become part of this innovative team.

The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient experience post qualification and will have the drive to progress and develop their career. You'll be proactive, with excellent technical skills. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
  • Run projects through all RIBA stages
  • Retail experience is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Conduct site visits & surveys
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
  • Confident working independently or as part of a team
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Guildford
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
