I am seeking an Architectural Technician to join a forward-thinking, RIBA-chartered architecture practice based in the New Forest. The ideal Architectural Technician will have significant post-qualification experience and strong technical expertise. Experience in healthcare and residential projects is desirable, while proficiency in Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Significant UK-based post-qualification experience
A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
CIAT accredited, or working towards
In-depth knowledge of current UK building regulations
Experience in the care sector is beneficial
A proactive and positive mindset
Capability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong client engagement skills to develop tailored designs
Liaising with contractors and carrying out site visits
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
Preferably based in or near the New Forest area
