I am searching for an Architectural Technologist to join a dynamic, RIBA-chartered architecture firm in the New Forest. The practice operates across various sectors and scales, including hospitality, healthcare, education and residential projects. They boast a vibrant and knowledgeable team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and innovative design, which has led to a loyal client base that returns consistently.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will possess substantial post qualification experience and will have excellent technical abilities. Experience in healthcare and residential projects is preferred, and proficiency in Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Post-qualification experience within the UK
- A relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- Knowledge of CIAT standards
- Strong understanding of current UK building regulations
- Experience in the care sector is advantageous
- Positive and proactive approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Engaging with clients to deliver tailored designs
- Coordinating with contractors and conducting site visits
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
