Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £30-40,000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well-established practice in Hampshire. The RIBA-chartered practice works on high-end residential and workplace projects and assists through all RIBA stages. The team always exceed client expectations with their carefully considered, exceptional designs.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant experience post Part 2 qualification and would ideally have experience working on high-end residential and workplace projects. You will be confident working through all RIBA stages and will be proficient using Vectorworks and Sketchup

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Significant experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Comfortable working through all RIBA stages
  • Previous experience working on high-end residential projects
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Motivated to develop and progress your career
  • Confidence to learn and manage projects independently
  • Keen eye for detail and creative design flare
  • Vectorworks and Sketchup proficiency is essential
