Business Development Manager
- Annual Salary: £40,000 (OTE £120,000 per annum)
- Location: Remote, with travel across the UK and visits to Head Office
- Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a professional and well-organised Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales. This role is ideal for a driven and motivated individual who is eager to meet and exceed targets, with a genuine passion for generating new business in the B2B market.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate your own leads and appointments to build a solid sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Confidently present and demonstrate our state-of-the-art coffee machines to key decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Utilise excellent negotiation skills to close sales, managing both the sales process and customer expectations effectively.
- Collaboration & Independence: Work autonomously while also contributing to a small, dynamic team environment.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Adapt to different sales environments and remain proactive and self-sufficient.
- Sales-Driven: Maintain a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a business development or field sales role (preferred).
- Strong capability in lead generation and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently.
- Proactive in generating new business and capable of working both independently and within small teams.
- Adaptability to thrive in various working environments, from solo fieldwork to team collaboration.
