Due to continued expanstion I am supporting a large, reputable and progressive business within the Property Holding space to recruit a Field Based Business Development Manager to join them for this remote and field-based opportunity. You will be an experienced Business Development Executive or Manager looking for a new challenge and able to effectively manage your own time and client book.
You will be tasked with being out in the field generating new business opportunties across the South, be a fantastic communicator and hold a valid UK Driving License. On offer to the successful candidate is a permanent, full-time and remote based opportunity where you can expect to be out in the field for 3 days per week. Benefits include a company car and expenses are covered, there is the possibility to earn up to £7,000 per annum in the form of commission based on targets.
Duties:
- Drive new business growth within a specific territory, focusing on identifying and engaging key decision-makers to meet quarterly acquisition targets.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of the service using a structured approach tailored to the needs of letting agents.
- Build strong relationships with partners operating within the assigned region.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales leads and client information using CRM tools and data systems.
- Strategically manage your schedule to maximize productivity and outcomes.
- Uphold the company's reputation during all interactions with prospective and current clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Client Success, and Customer Operations, to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to remain competitive.
- Attend regional events to grow your network and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the majority of the duties listed above, you will be a fantastic communicator, effectively able to manage your diary and build relationships with prospective businesses that may benefit from using the service sold.
