Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 basic - OTE £50,000

Hours: day off in the week and every other Sunday

Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-run dealer group with Dealerships in the Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire areas. We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join their busy Winchester Dealership.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading and innovative brand, with excellent training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

  • Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service.
  • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and fully managed throughout the sales process.
  • Advise customers on finance and insurance products, upselling where possible
  • To have outstanding knowledge of the brands products and services to ensure the customer receives the best service possible
  • To build, manage and maintain a list of viable prospects by maximising all sales leads
  • Pro-actively conduct telephone sales activity to generate new prospects and manage customers in the sales cycle.

Key Requirements:

  • You will be a target driven-driven and customer-focused sales executive with previous experience within the motor trade
  • Possess excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
