We are looking for a driven Sales person to be a key member of our busy office and involved in the daily Sales operation of the supply of bespoke timber staircases.

Salary: TBA around £40k base salary (£60k with bonuses)

Location: Wincester

Hours: Fully office based Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm

Benefits: 33 days holiday, company pension, lunch provided 3 days per week, close between Xmas and NY, no weekend or Bank Holday working

Role Objectives:

  1. Take details from customers drawing and specifications
  2. Build rapport with potential customers, making sure they are aware of our services and you understand their needs
  3. Draw up stair quotes using 'StairBiz’ and present to customer
  4. Have all quotes out within 48hrs from receiving the enquiry
  5. Follow up quotes and win orders to secure sales to meet sales targets lead by example to consistently close orders and increase conversion rate while maintaining profit.
