Avolon M&E is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a Tier 1 contractor based in their Winchester office on a permanent basis.
The role will initially focus on a large healthcare project, with future projects potentially covering fit-out, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors valued between 8m and 18m.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Electrical Project Management and a proven track record managing projects over 8m in value.
The position requires applicants to be electrically qualified and have experience working with tier 1 contractors in a management role.
The salary for this position ranges from £70,000 to £75,000 per annum, in addition to a car allowance and benefits package.

Avolon M&E are working with a Tier 1 contractor who require an Electrical Project Manager to join them based out of their Winchester office on a permanent basis.

Initally based on a large healthcare project, the future projects could cover fit out, commercial, healthcare and education sectors ranging from 8m-18m in value so experience with the above is essential.

You will have experience working with tier 1 contractors in a management role.

Salary 70-75k PA + Car allowance + Package

Electrically Qualified
