About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team in Winchester. This hands-on role involves maintaining a high standard across facilities, addressing repair needs, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Assist with reactive maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Carry out general duties such as porterage, installation of signage, and upkeep of facilities.
  • Support the cleaning team with janitorial duties when required.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work spaces in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times.

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or similar hands-on role.
  • Basic knowledge of repair, maintenance, and general handyman tasks.
