We are looking for a competitive, professional Internal Sales Executive/Account Manager to join their new and ever-growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a very innovative company and team with a niche sector of the healthcare industry. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through your experience and knowledge of effective sales and marketing strategies, then we would love to hear from you. You will focus on growing the business and extending the reach of their services to increase revenue.

Your duties include identifying new sales leads, pitching our service offering whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

The role, responsibilities and expectations

  • Work closely with the field sales team to manage and close smaller deals
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
  • Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  • Set up meetings with potential clients (via telephone call or virtual call)
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal and external teams
  • Collaborate closely with internal customer service dept and team members.
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs

Skills

  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Proficient in reporting and using spreadsheets
  • Hands-on experience using CRM software
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and sales strategy
  • Fast learner
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable talking to groups of people when necessary
  • Comfortable with call outreach and organising virtual meetings
