This is a new opportunity to become part of a progressive and rapidly expanding building supplier and installer.

This vacancy offers opportunity for a Business Development Manager operating in Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Dorset, Wiltshire South Oxfordshire, South Buckinghamshire & Greater London.

Leaders in decking installations within the leisure market with extensive expertise in the domestic sector also.

To support our growth and expanding customer base we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Manager to work closely with the existing customer base & seek new business whilst working closely with the Sales Support and Installation teams to provide decking and associated product installations within this area.

If you are an experienced Business Development Manager and have worked within building supplies, have strong organisational skills, proven sales, networking, and customer relationship skills, thrive on maintaining business relationships, obtaining, and securing new business, keen to learn, grow and expand your career opportunities, you are the person they want!

You will -

Initiate and nurture new business via networking and cold calling.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

Identify customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions.

Travel between locations within the Yorkshire and Humberside area.

Obtain and share market research relating to new accounts, business opportunities and competitors.

Produce appropriate presentations, sales reports and updates.

Complete and share accurate site surveys and quotations.

Ability to close deals, achieve targets and deadlines.

Manage your own workload and diary to maximise opportunities.

Promote and secure sales of existing and new product lines including decking, hot tubs, pergolas, and outdoor furniture.

This is a field-based role therefore clean driving licence required.
