You will play a crucial role in supporting key commercial operations, ensuring smooth contract execution and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Review and analyse new commercial contracts, agreements, and pricing documents
  • Contract Renewals & Monitoring: Monitor contract renewals, warranties, and arrange follow-ups
  • Customer Support: Investigate and resolve billing queries
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor business activities, manage on-boarding processes, and assist with the budding process
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct billing analysis, generate insightful reports, and update price changes
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
  • Continuous Improvement: Bring new ideas to life and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Seeking a role with progression and career development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including IF statements and VLookups)
  • Experience in a customer-facing or operations-focused role (preferred)

  • Experience with Power BI
