We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and operations on a large-scale commercial project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining safety and compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a commercial setting.
  • Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Prepare and review reports on electrical progress and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and resources deployed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise on-site.
  • Ensure the electrical team adheres to strict safety guidelines and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Gold ECS card
  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally with experience on commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with electrical installation, maintenance, and testing.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different teams.
  • Full UK driver’s license
