Our client, a leading provider of bespoke solutions, is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team. This role offers a chance to showcase your expertise in site joinery and installation work while supervising and supporting on-site crews.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to deliver complex projects.
  • Lead teams during specific project phases, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Supervise and support site crews, providing direction and expertise.
  • Manage small installations and breakdowns independently.
  • Receive and distribute materials according to project schedules.
  • Uphold site safety, sustainability, and best practices in all operations.
  • Oversee and maintain company assets and materials on-site, reporting damages or losses.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in all aspects of site installation carpentry, rigging, lining, and finishing.
  • Advanced skills in joinery, including fabrication and installation of design-led elements.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and support site crews effectively.
  • Experience managing materials and accounting for deliveries on-site.
