My client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a social housing contract along the M4 corridor from Reading to Bristol.
Candidates must have experience in Roofing and Social Housing Planned Maintenance works, with a focus on roof replacements.
The role requires managing roofing gangs, ordering materials, and providing weekly reports to the site manager, and it is essential to be IT literate, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
The position offers a salary of £50,000 plus a package that includes a van and fuel card, and candidates must possess SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
Experience working with tenants in tenanted dwellings is preferred, and there is no option for home-working.

My client is specifically seeking candidates with experience in Roofing / Social Housing Planned Maintenance works.

Job specification:

Site Supervisor (along M4 corridor from Reading to Bristol)

Roof replacements

Must be capable of working in fast-paced environment

No home-working

Responsible for material ordering/delivery, managing roofing gangs, snagging, sign-offs, defects, weekly reports to site manager.

Must be IT literate. (Using Excel, Outlook, SafetyCulture)

Roofing experience is essential

Experience working with tenants/tenanted dwellings preferred

50k + package including van and fuel card

SSSTS / First Aid / CSCS
