Are you from an agricultural, mechanical (or similar background) looking to step up into a management role for a well-established family run business who will heavily invest in your career development?

This company are well-known within their industry and are a leading supplier of agricultural equipment across the UK. They are rapidly expanding and are experiencing a phase of growth. They are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Workshop Manager that they can train and develop.
You will be responsible for managing day to day operations of the workshop. You will deal with customer enquiries, issuing invoices and allocating jobs to engineers. This is a Monday to Friday based role, with overtime available in peak seasons.
This would therefore suit someone looking to step up into a management position and join a leading, and highly reputable business with further training and progression available.
